Meet Liz Sogard

Before embracing the Metaphysical, Liz crunched numbers all day and was considered normal by any standard. She also carried a lot of baggage, crippling anxiety and the realization that she had lost herself somewhere along the way. Who knew that the stars she had looked at thousands of times before held so many answers? That when you drew back a lifetime of conditioning and trying to survive by someone else's rules, there was a chart that explained her so perfectly she hardly recognized the person she had become.

So she did what any reasonable person would do - she dove head first into the study of astrology and did the work. That work took her down some crazy rabbit holes, beautiful happenstance and strange plot twists. It turns out the rocks and crystals she had collected since she was little had wisdom and strength to share and that reiki would be a path to helping others achieve balance. She is grateful every day for the family, friends, teachers and practitioners who have helped mold her and her business, Midheaven Gifts, into what it is today.
